November 3, 2024 Announcements

• Today, we will observe All Saints Sunday and celebrate communion. You do not need to a member of this congregation to participate.
• Feeding the Faith will be cooking and delivering meals after worship today. Any help is welcomed!
• The Sailboat Church book discussion will be held on Monday at 6 pm.
• The choir will rehearse on Wednesday at 7 pm.
• The Deacons decided to assist the Food Pantry by collecting the items needed to make green bean casserole (minus the green beans). These items will be distributed (along with a turkey, a frozen pie, etc. provided by the Food Pantry) on our day of volunteering on November 20th. Please bring your items to the church by November 10th.
• The Deacons will also coordinate a collection of non-perishable items to assist the Farmers Feeding Farmers program as they provide items for children and youth lunches during the Christmas break. A list of items will soon be available.
• Presbyterian Women will meet on Friday, at 1 pm in the CE Building.
• Deacons will meet next Sunday, November 10 following worship.
• Mark your calendar for November 16th for a Soup Supper to be held from 4 pm - 7 pm in the Fellowship Hall. Community welcomed! Proceeds will pay for Guardians on the Honor Flights to Washington DC. Flyers are available to be downloaded and printed from the website and we may have a few more by each sanctuary door.
• Mark your calendar for volunteering at the Food Pantry on November 20th from 11 am - 1 pm.
• We may need to fill fellowship slots between now and the end of the year. Check the signup book found next to the soundboard.
