October 13, 2024 Announcements

• Sunday School classes for children and youth will meet each Sunday at 9:15 am.
• This is the week that The Sailboat Church book discussion takes a break. We will meet again a week from Monday at 6 pm.
  
• No fellowship today. Enjoy the Spoon River food!
  
• The choir will rehearse on Wednesday, October 16th at 7 pm and sing the next two Sundays.
  
• The Session meets on Thursday so please get your reports to Pat as soon as possible.
  
• The next Deacon’s meeting will be on October 20th, following worship.
  
• Mark your calendar for October 27th for a potluck meal. We will also be collecting donations that day for the Farmington Food Pantry.
  
• October 27th is also Reformation Sunday - wear your plaid, if you have it!
  
• On November 3rd we will observe All Saints Sunday and celebrate communion.
  
• Mark your calendar for November 16th for a Soup Supper to be held from 4pm - 7 pm in the Fellowship Hall. Community welcomed! Proceeds will pay for Guardians on the Honor Flights to Washington DC.
  
• Mark your calendar for volunteering at the Food Pantry on November 20th from 11 am - 1 pm.
